A high-performance, Arabic-first SaaS platform for specialized automotive service centers. Built with Next.js 16 and Drizzle ORM, it features automated booking, customer vehicle tracking, and multi-channel notifications (WhatsApp/Email).
The Challenge
The Drive Center, a specialized automotive service center in Egypt, faced significant operational hurdles. Despite their high technical expertise in Wheel Alignment, Tire Balancing, and Pre-purchase Inspections, their digital presence was non-existent.
Key pain points:
- Manual Booking: All appointments were handled via phone, leading to scheduling conflicts.
- Fragmented Data: Customer records and vehicle service histories were scattered.
- Visibility: Potential customers couldn't see the quality of work performed on high-end vehicles.
- SEO: Lack of local search discovery for specialized services in Al Mahalla Al Kubra.

Technical Architecture
- Framework: Next.js 16 (App Router) for optimal performance and SEO.
- Database: PostgreSQL hosted on Neon, managed via Drizzle ORM for type-safe queries.
- Authentication: Better Auth for secure user and admin sessions.
- Media Management: Cloudflare R2 for global image/video storage, integrated with a custom client-side resizing engine to minimize bandwidth.
- Communications: Multichannel notification system using Resend (Email) and official WhatsApp API integration.
